Job Description
Paradigm Design is seeking a Healthcare Practice Leader | Architect to develop, lead, and scale the firm’s healthcare sector across medical office buildings, specialty clinics, outpatient facilities, dental, behavioral health, and public health environments.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the healthcare sector
- Originate and secure new healthcare clients and project opportunities
- Build and maintain a qualified and active pipeline
- Lead healthcare pursuits, interviews, and proposal strategy
- Expand repeat client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Maintain defined backlog coverage targets within the healthcare sector
- Responsible for achieving defined annual healthcare revenue targets
- Monitor sector profitability, margin performance, and utilization
- Track win rates and pursuit effectiveness
- Present quarterly performance updates to shareholders
- Lead staffing strategy for healthcare projects in partnership with studio leadership
- Establish healthcare design standards and best practices
- Mentor project managers and technical staff within the sector
- Collaborate with Civil, Engineering, and Interior Design teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions
- Oversee healthcare projects from concept through construction
- Ensure compliance with FGI, ADA, state, and federal regulatory standards
- Maintain high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
- Serve as executive-level client contact on strategic healthcare projects
