Paradigm Power Delivery is seeking a Director of Engineering - Power Delivery to lead the development of the engineering organization, oversee project design, and ensure delivery of high-performance solutions.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of engineering design experience with at least 8 years in power delivery
- Deep understanding of transmissions, distribution, substations, and power systems
- Ability to balance technical excellence, cost efficiency, and project deadlines
