Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design, specifically in substation and power delivery projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, design codes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools.
• Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
