Project Engineer - Power Delivery

Join Paradigm Enterprises, Inc. as a Project Engineer - Power Delivery to drive results and build out a successful power delivery business. The role involves working closely with project managers and construction managers to ensure quality reporting and workmanship, and supporting project management for contractual, legal, and other project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction management or closely related field.
• Up to 4 years of engineering or construction experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for learning and taking initiative.
• Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
