Job Description
Paradigm Power Delivery is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, leading project teams, maintaining quality and client interactions, and ensuring timely completion within specified parameters of cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five plus years in substation electrical construction, with at least 3 years in direct supervision
- Trade licensing preferred; or willing to obtain
- Familiarity with commercial terms, substation construction practices, and legal standards
- Comprehensive understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes in substations
- Ability to convey information effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for project management tasks
- Maintain quality standards while handling high work volumes
- Previous experience in electrical project management is a plus
