Occupational Therapist (Per diem)

Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join their multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality care for pediatric and geriatric patients across NYC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct home visits, assess patients' functional abilities, and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license and registration in New York
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note preferred but not required)
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols
