Occupational Therapist (Per diem)

Paradigm Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide home care services to pediatric and geriatric patients in NYC. As an independent contractor, you will set your own schedule and enjoy flexible working conditions.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license and registration in New York
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification
