We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the South Bay Area in CA, and surrounding areas. A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip per appointment). This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals.
