Job Description
Paradromics is building a brain-computer interface (BCI) platform that records brain activity at the highest possible resolution, enabling the seamless translation of thought into treatments. As a Software Engineer, you'll work closely with the team to develop software that enables clinical applications, including communication for users with ALS, spinal cord injuries, and stroke.
Requirements
- Develop data curation strategies for user interaction and BCI data
- Realize BCI decoding algorithms as performant software
- Evaluate software with simulated and real neural data, as well as with our BCI hardware in the loop
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of new features and tools
- Work closely with our engineering, neuroscience, and quality teams to identify and capture needs and requirements
- Regularly travel between our Austin and Oakland offices
