Testing Officer (TS/SCI Required)

Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for a Testing Officer with a TS/SCI Security Clearance. The position will serve as a functional expert in Instructional Systems Design to support CIWT's development and maintenance of its testing programs.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
• Degree in Education or related field with 24 hours in specific education areas
• Practical knowledge and skill in interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel
• Practical knowledge of Navy guidance documents used in the development of testing materials
• Experience using Adobe Captivate, CPM and AIM II/LOM
• Effective communication and strong writing skills
