Job Description
We are currently looking for a Service Manager (m/f/d) to act as the central contact point for our customers and to ensure continuous improvement of service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- several years of experience in service management and its frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- experience in dealing with SLAs, service metrics and reporting
- understanding of operational business processes and basic knowledge of budget, cost or supplier management
- very good German and English language skills in word and script
