Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager (m/f/d) with SAP experience to lead our IT Application and Service Management team. The successful candidate will have experience in application management, cloud transformation, and professional leadership.
Requirements
- Completed studies (e.g. business informatics or business administration with IT focus)
- Several years of experience in application management with a focus on SAP operation and cloud transformation
- Experience in professional leadership of (project) teams
- Funded ITIL knowledge
- Experience in budget and cost controlling for IT projects and services
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Structured, self-reliant working method and hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English language skills
