Systems & Automation Engineer, Work From Home

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems & Automation Engineer to join the trading team. This position is 100% Remote. The Systems & Automation Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, design, build, and maintain Python-based automation, and administer and support Windows systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferably in a technical area such as computer science or engineering.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Windows 11 in a production environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, including Active Director architecture, user, device, and policy management.
• Proficiency administering Linux systems for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP, and related protocols.
• Experience writing Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve system reliability.
• Familiarity with identity, access, and endpoint management concepts and tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
