Help shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing AI company as a Legal, Commercial Counsel. Partner with Sales and GTM teams to structure and close complex enterprise deals, design contracting systems, and guide privacy and data protection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
- Comfortable owning enterprise SaaS negotiations
- Ability to advise business partners directly
