Job Description
The PMO Operations Manager is the architect of our delivery standards, ensuring all projects follow established SOPs and that our team has the tools and talent to succeed. This is a dual-impact role focused on Governance and Enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Operations or Engineering
- 5+ years in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a PMO-specific or Operations role
- Ability to showcase mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com) and data visualization tools
- Ability to translate complex project data into concise updates for stakeholders
