PMO Leader

We are looking for a PMO Leader to develop and implement project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
• Proven experience as a PMO Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficient w/ MS Office tools
• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Experience in change management is a plus
