PMO Manager

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated PMO Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country. The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and delivery of project management services, including team leadership, project oversight, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent experience
• Minimum of Five (5) or more years of experience as a PMO Manager or Director for a large enterprise matrixed organization
• Competencies include a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK) with a demonstrated ability to execute and deliver projects successfully
• Experience delivering complex IT projects that demand an understanding of technical deployments that drive client success
• Previous experience managing project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and the ability to identify and resolve risks and issues to maintain delivery commitments
• The successful candidate must possess at least 2 of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification, Microsoft Project 2016/2019 Certification
