Role Overview

This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. You will lead a project delivery team while shaping governance, prioritization, and execution standards that ensure alignment between business goals and operational outcomes.

What You Will Do

Lead, mentor, and develop the ePMO team, drive execution of strategic initiatives, identify and manage risks, and oversee resource planning and allocation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience leading projects in project management, business analysis, or related disciplines
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive accountability
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans and actionable outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience improving processes, implementing change, and driving operational efficiency
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams
