Manager of PMO

The Manager, Project Delivery is a hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional project management; it requires a strong sense of urgency, a bias for action, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification required
• 5–7 years of direct experience leading projects, including experience in project management, business analysis, or related fields
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills with a proven ability to energize teams and drive results
• Strong strategic thinking and innovation mindset with the ability to translate ideas into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes
