Job Description
Cintas is seeking a PMO Program Manager who will lead and deliver complex, multi-project programs that align with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale IT deployments and successfully recovering troubled projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing large-scale Information Technology deployments
- Minimum 5 years of experience successfully recovering, stabilizing, or turning around troubled or high-risk projects
- Quality Improvement experience with recognized frameworks such as ISO-9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma
- Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with third-party vendors, integrators, and buyers
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional project teams across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven success in introducing, implementing, and standardizing Project Management processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks
- Experience providing dotted-line leadership, including coaching, mentoring, career development guidance, and performance management
