Strategy & BizOps Manager

We're hiring a Strategy & Business Operations Manager to sit at the center of the company and work directly with the founders and executive team on the problems that matter most in any given week. The role requires breadth, proximity to founders, and the chance to build operating muscle across strategy, finance, product, and go-to-market all in the same quarter.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in a strategy and operations, chief of staff, BizOps, or generalist role at a high-growth tech startup, big tech, top-tier management consulting firm, or investment banking
• Strong quantitative chops
• First-principles thinking
• Sharp written and verbal communication
• High tolerance for ambiguity, breadth, and context switching
• Active, daily use of AI in your workflow
• Ownership instinct
