Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator provides local HR expertise to a District, including full cycle employee onboarding, retention, and off-boarding, and supports management with various HR functions.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in a human resource role
• Competent working knowledge of Human Resources including: Recruitment and Selections, employee relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development and applicable legislation (ESA, Human Rights, WSIB)
• Experience in health care preferred
• Familiar with unions and collective agreements
