Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
- Meets the patient’s goals and needs and provides quality care to each patient.
- Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Communicate with the supervisor/Administrator and other interdisciplinary team members regarding the patient’s progress, problems and plans as indicated.
- Maintains patient’s confidence and keeping information confidential as per HIPAA guidelines.
