The Programmatic Account Manager plays an important role in growing Paramount's Programmatic advertising revenue, managing existing business and generating new programmatic revenue from agencies and marketers.
Requirements
- 2+ years proven advertising sales experience with 1+ years in the programmatic space
- Programmatic-savvy expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends in display, video, and native
- A strong desire to win and grow as a sales professional
- A strong foundational understanding of basic data analytics including key functions in programs such as Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- An ability to solution sell to both business and technical audiences
- Well-developed presentation skills
- An ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once
- An extremely detail oriented approach with strong analytical thinking, negotiation, strategic problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
