Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build advanced AI-powered tooling and internal platforms that modernize quality engineering across the organization. You will lead the development of AI-driven services, RAG pipelines, and automation accelerators that streamline test authoring, triage, and analysis.
Requirements
- Architect and implement AI-driven services, micro-platforms, and developer tools
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings systems, and LLM-powered utilities
- Develop intelligent automation accelerators that classify failures, detect flakiness, and recommend fixes
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose functional applications
