We are seeking a Customer Advocacy Manager to amplify the voices of our customers, drive engagement among current and prospective customers, and elevate our market presence.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, community management, customer success, event management, or related fields.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with educators, district leaders, and internal teams.
- Strong writing, interviewing, and storytelling ability.
- Comfortable working with CRM and engagement tools.
- Experience managing speakers, content pipelines, and/or conferences is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and operational rigor.
