Job Description
Parity is seeking a high-performing, technically minded HVAC controls engineer to manage the installation and commissioning phase of Parity’s Optimizer service for new customer buildings in the NYC metro area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally with a focus or demonstrated interest in HVAC, building automation, or mechanical/electrical engineering
- 5-10 years’ experience in controls/building automation, MEP engineering, including at least 3+ years managing building automation/controls projects for commercial real estate clients.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites across the NYC metro area.
