Recreation Camp Director

The Camp Director plays a key role in shaping an unforgettable camp experience, ensuring the well-being and success of both campers and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 18 years old or more
• One to three months related experience working with youth in a recreational camp setting
• Experience supervising staff and/or directing daily work tasks is preferred
• Must display a positive and energetic attitude when working with campers
• Must be able to get in the water (pool or lake) for recreational swim time with campers
