Requirements

• Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics and acute care
• Membership in related professional organization
• Proficiency in communication and data processing equipment
• Proficiency in clinical equipment related to physical therapy
• Proficiency in electronic medical record software
