Job Description
Park Paving Ltd. is looking for a Base Crew Foreman to work with their company's Base division for the 2026 road construction season. The job offers competitive wage and benefits, including the use of a company truck.
Requirements
- Have an understanding of the construction industry and road construction specifications and standards
- Must be able to check grade and efficiently
- Display a professional and courteous approach with co-workers, supervisors, and the public
- Must be physically fit – repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling, walking for long periods of time
- Be able to work in inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
- Punctual and able to work full time, overtime, and weekends
- Ability to run grader, loader, skid-steer, and packing equipment
