Job Description
Maintenance Worker - The Wellington Retirement Residence seeks a caring individual to join their team as a Maintenance Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds, prioritizing items needing attention and repair, and ensuring the building is safe and operable.
Requirements
- High School graduate
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience encouraged
- Effective verbal and written English communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate related equipment
- Knowledge of building and fire codes
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Computer skills including working knowledge of MS office
