Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the safety of visitors, performing water rescues, administering first aid, and providing customer service. Enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations. Attend four hours of in-service training each month to maintain lifeguard certifications.
Requirements
- Starguard Elite Lifeguard Certification
- Ability to carry out water rescues and administer first aid and CPR
- Communicate courteously and firmly with pool patrons
- Use sound judgment and make mature decisions
