Job Description
Parker Plastics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager / Plant Manager to lead overall operations at their Hagerstown, MD plant, with a focus on safety, quality, customer service, employee retention, productivity, and profitability.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Blow Molding and/or a similar industry
- 5+ years in Production/Maintenance/Plant Management and/or a similar leadership position
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
