The Inside Sales Administrative Coordinator plays a critical operational support role within the Inside Sales Department, managing day-to-day administrative functions, reporting, communication, process coordination, and documentation management.
Generate and distribute departmental reporting, maintain spreadsheets and trackers, assist with tracking KPIs, monitor departmental inboxes, and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced call center environment.
