Inside Sales Administrative Coordinator

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Administrative Coordinator plays a critical operational support role within the Inside Sales Department, managing day-to-day administrative functions, reporting, communication, process coordination, and documentation management.

What You Will Do

Generate and distribute departmental reporting, maintain spreadsheets and trackers, assist with tracking KPIs, monitor departmental inboxes, and maintain accurate employee attendance records.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar sales coordinating position
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting systems
