Parker and Sons is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute a marketing strategy that accelerates growth, enhances brand equity, and drives demand generation. The ideal candidate is a Direct to Consumer (D2C), data-driven, one location operator, who can scale a high-velocity marketing engine, lead a cross-functional team, and partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- In house, localized marketing experience
- Proven success leading marketing for a local location
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital channels, customer acquisition strategy, and full-funnel optimization
- Experience managing budgets of $10M+
- Strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success driving transformation, modernizing marketing capabilities, and implementing scalable processes and systems
