Job Description
Our architecture practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sustainability Lead to support and integrate sustainability initiatives across projects, client engagements, and team workflows within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Design, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sustainable design, preferably in healthcare or institutional projects
- LEED AP required
- WELL AP, Passive House, or equivalent accreditation considered an asset
- Strong facilitation and client engagement skills
- Experience mentoring staff and coordinating across multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Ability to translate sustainability goals into measurable project KPIs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of building performance metrics, codes, and sustainability frameworks
