Requirements
- HSE: Contribute to the implementation of Hygiene, Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) policies and action plans on site.
- Accounting Management: Analyze accounts and post accounting entries, Enter rents, C-Store revenues, discounts and related transactions, etc.
- Supplier/ Payment Accounting: Control, code and enter supplier invoices, Control, code and enter CAPEX supplier invoices
- Finance: Participate in the preparation of the Finance budget and the consolidation of the consolidated budget of subsidiaries, etc.
- Clients and Credit: Create Client accounts, Proceed with the release of pending invoices if necessary, Maintain the guarantee file and client guarantee deposits
- Cash/Treasury Accounting: Participate in the preparation of the cash flow plan and the follow-up of achievements/plans and explain discrepancies, etc.
- Controls: Code supplier invoices, Control MOA on invoices and suitability of approvals and endorsements, etc.
