Job Description
The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overall day-to-day operations and profitability of the car wash. The ideal candidate is a motivated and effective leader who can motivate and challenge employees, ensure confidentiality of data, and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace and in varying outdoor climates and in-store cooler environments
- Physical ability to complete required duties, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and walking for long periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Positive outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate an electronic cash register and computer and perform simple arithmetic calculations
- Proficient verbal & written communication skills
