Job Description
Director of Assessment & Referral at Parkside Psychiatric Hospital & Outpatient Clinic, leading the Access Department and developing strategies to drive revenue growth while ensuring quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human services with 4+ years' experience in behavioral healthcare facility admissions or Master's degree preferred in human services, or RN with nursing license required
- 2+ years' work experience in behavioral healthcare facility admissions
- May require licensure by the state
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification may be required
