Requirements
- Assist with immigration, tax & legal compliance
- Collaborate closely with external partners (law firms, relocation agencies, insurance brokers, etc.)
- Provide research and administrative support related to new legal entities, such as country-specific employment requirements, mandatory registrations, or document preparation.
- Assist in ongoing and new Compensation & Benefits projects
- Contribute to monthly recurring compliance tasks (e.g. payroll management)
- Assist in coordinating the Belgian special tax regime for employees.
- Follow-up on ongoing inbound & outbound secondments
- Help analyse social security agreements, double tax treaties,...
