Requirements

• Professional bachelor's degree in Legal Practice or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law or equivalent relevant experience gained in a law firm, notary office or in-house legal department;
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant professional experience;
• Strong business judgement and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset;
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-moving project and transaction environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative global team;
• Ability to build trusted working relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external advisers;
• Professional fluency in Dutch or French, with strong drafting and working proficiency in English
