Job Description
We are looking for strong Technical Recruiters to join ParleyX and own hiring for deeply technical roles at fast moving AI startups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring engineers, product, or technical roles in startup environments
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort finding candidates beyond inbound applicants
- Clear, thoughtful communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Data-oriented and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
- Genuine interest in AI and technology with a desire to keep learning
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
