Requirements
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
- Ability to travel in the event a case goes to trial
- Available Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Mountain time
- Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Empathy for injured clients
- Confidence and motivation to exceed expectations
- Professional attire and demeanor
- Desire to learn, develop, and motivate team members
- Team player
- Experience with e-filing and legal documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to be available to work during business hours Mountain time zone
- Ability to pass a background check
