Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business administration, agriculture or equivalent experience in an administrative or similar role
- Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and overtime hours as required
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Knowledge or experience in the agricultural industry is an asset
