Genomics Lab Technician

Parse Biosciences is seeking a Genomics Lab Technician to work in their Genomic Lab team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, receive and log lab specimens, perform cell fixation and analysis, and prepare libraries using Parse's split-pool combinatorial barcoding process.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in a relevant field with 3+ years of hands-on wet lab experience in industry or a technician role
• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant hands-on wet lab experience in a professional setting
• Demonstrated ability to perform common molecular biology or chemistry lab techniques
• Experience using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) such as Illumina or Ultima platforms required. Experience using Lab Automation such as Hamilton platforms preferred
