Lead Backend Software Engineer

Requirements

• Senior or Staff-level backend engineering experience
• Deep experience in either Go or Kotlin
• Strong infrastructure and DevOps experience in AWS or GCP
• Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes
• Some exposure to Node/JavaScript
• Product-minded approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfort working in a startup environment with speed, accountability, and the occasional chaos
• Enthusiastic about AI-augmented development
