Requirements

• 2 or 4-year degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field, or a high school diploma and equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related experience on heavy construction projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and construction specifications
• Working knowledge and familiarity of construction-related processes related to area of assignment
• INDOT experience preferred
• INDOT Certified Technician qualifications required or ability to obtain
• INDOT Site Manager Certification or demonstrated ability to perform
• Demonstrated computer literacy. Microsoft preferred. Word, Excel, Outlook. Adobe Pro or Bluebeam
