Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Cost Control Manager to support the Senior Cost Manager and the Controls Manager in implementing robust cost management, estimating, forecasting, and reporting practices across a portfolio of current and future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in cost estimating and cost control for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction practices.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in cost control tools, estimating techniques, and EVM methodologies
