Deputy Program Manager

Parsons is seeking a talented Deputy Program Manager to join their Federal Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, program management, and operations management, with a strong background in supply chain management and project management. The role requires a Master's degree and relevant certifications, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex logistics challenges and operations management.

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret level clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access
• Master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Management/Administration or other related technical field
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
• Previous program management experience on programs worth $100M or more in total value
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing complex logistics challenges
• A minimum of five years of experience in operations management within major commands, the Intelligence Community, and Federal agencies or organizations
• A minimum of five years of experience managing operations, directing personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations within DoW agencies under a TO that is similar in scope and complexity
• A minimum of five years of experience working in roles within or with countries within the USINDOPACOM AOR
• Core knowledge of: Modeling and Simulation, Facility repairs, maintenance, and movement, Deployment and distribution, Base, Port, and Airfield operations, Warehousing/supply, Engineering Services, Operational contract support, Exercise and training support
