Parsons is seeking an Engineering Team Leader with Highway/Roadway/Transportation experience to join their actively growing team in Cincinnati supporting major transportation infrastructure projects throughout the Midwest. The role will involve project deliverables, quality management, safety procedures, mentoring, and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Professional Engineer registration may be required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Familiarity of industry practices and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of current technology and ability to select and apply appropriate engineering software
